These Terms & Conditions (T&C) apply to all services provided by CoLecture, including but not limited to AI-powered slide generation, AI-teaching events, and expert consulting. They govern the relationship between CoLecture and all users, customers, and visitors of the website.

 

2. Services Offered

CoLecture provides the following services:

• AI-generated slide decks for university-level teaching

• Event organization and speaking engagements for educational institutions

• Consulting on the integration of AI in teaching environments

All services are delivered digitally or remotely unless otherwise agreed.

 

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request

• Use our materials in accordance with applicable academic and copyright standards

• Not misuse the platform or reproduce its content for commercial redistribution without prior written consent

 

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and may vary depending on the service package selected:

• Single Deck: CHF 70.00 per deck

• Bundle (8 decks): CHF 360.00

• Institutional: Custom pricing

• Events & Consulting: Custom pricing upon request

Payment is due upon confirmation of order unless otherwise agreed.

 

5. Revisions and Delivery

• Slide decks include one or two revisions depending on the package

• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery

• Delivery times are specified at the time of order and may vary depending on service load

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by CoLecture remains the intellectual property of ajato GmbH unless otherwise agreed. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered content for educational purposes.

 

7. Data Protection

We comply with Swiss data protection laws. Personal information is only used for communication and service delivery purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

 

8. Liability

CoLecture makes every effort to deliver high-quality, up-to-date, and reliable materials. However, we assume no liability for the correctness, completeness, or usability of the content for specific educational outcomes. Liability for indirect damages or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

 

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of our custom digital services, refunds are not provided once work has begun. Cancellation is possible within 24 hours of order confirmation unless early delivery has started.

 

10. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on our website and will become effective upon posting.

 

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne (Luzern), Switzerland.
